Access to the platform
The Dymensionz training platform is private and invite-only — there is no public sign-up. Access is granted by Dymensionz IT after a request and a short call.
If you are given an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the activity carried out under your account.
Services & training
This website and platform present our services and training. Any engagement — a project or enrolment in a training program — is governed by the specific terms agreed between you and Dymensionz IT (proposal, confirmation, invoice), which prevail over the general information shown here.
Our training programs are delivered individually and online, as described at the time of enrolment.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and platform — including course materials, handouts and certificates — belongs to Dymensionz IT unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Materials shared with you as part of a program are for your own learning use.
Liability
The website and platform are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Dymensionz IT is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or platform, or reliance on their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any dispute relating to the website or platform will be subject to the competent courts of Ariana, Tunisia, unless a separate signed agreement provides otherwise.
