This website and training platform are operated by Dymensionz IT, with its registered office at Résidence Miramar, Centre Urbain Nord, Ariana, Tunisia. We are the data controller for the information described here.

When you use our contact form, we collect the name and email address you provide, an optional company or phone number, the dimension(s) you select, and your message.

We only collect what you choose to send us. We do not buy personal data or build hidden profiles.

If you are given access as a learner, we process the information needed to deliver your program: your name and email, the billing details you provide (name, address, and where relevant a tax identifier), your session schedule and progress, and the documents we generate for you (invoice, certificate).

This data is used only to run your training, issue your documents, and keep you informed about your sessions.

To respond to your enquiry, to discuss and deliver the training you are interested in, and to produce the related documents. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We process website-enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We process learner data to perform the training agreement between us and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, in line with the GDPR for clients based in the EU.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (website and application hosting), and Resend (email delivery). They process data only on our instructions, and we do not otherwise share your data, except where required by law.

The website and platform use only the cookies required to function, including those that keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Learner and billing data is kept for the duration of our relationship and for the retention periods required by applicable accounting and tax law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your data, and you may object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any right, email contact@dymensionzit.com.

If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
