Manager in the AI Era
Lead people well, from your first team onwards: 1:1s, feedback, conflict, influence, hard decisions, and a team that works with AI.
About 4 to 5 months, two courses at a time. 6 courses, 36 live one-on-one sessions, 54 hours with your trainers.
The job
A manager gets results through other people. They set clear expectations, give feedback, delegate, handle tension before it becomes conflict, make decisions when information is missing, and keep the team steady through change. Today they also lead a team that uses AI: they set the rules, decide where it helps and where people decide, and help everyone build the skills to use it well.
Why now
Managers are among the first to use AI at work, yet few have been trained for it, and their teams look to them to lead the way. The basics of management have not changed; the context around them has. This path is built for managers who want both.
In France, half of all cadres now use AI at least once a week, 15 points more than a year before. Among managers, it is 55%.

Questions
How long does the path take?
About 4 to 5 months, taking two courses at a time. You can also go one course at a time, which takes longer.
I'm not a manager yet. Is it too early?
Not if the move is coming. The first course is built for the shift from expert to manager. If you're unsure, we look at it together during the intro call.
Will my company know what I share?
No. What you bring from your team stays between you and your trainer.
Can I take a break?
Yes, between two courses. Inside a course, the usual session rules apply.
In which language?
English or French, chosen at the start for the whole path: sessions, documents and certificates.
Will this get me a promotion?
Nobody can honestly promise that. The path builds the skills a manager is expected to have today, and leaves you with tools you'll use with your team every week.
